Next gen F13 6-series hardtop convertible (most revealing photos yet)
We bring you the most revealing photos yet of the next generation 6-series convertible (F13). Compared to the previous sightings (HERE and HERE), the car seen here reveals more details. For the first time we are seeing the front kidney grill outlines and outlines of the headlights and tail lights (as well as the brake lights in the middle of the boot).
The F13 6-series will be a folding hardtop convertible (the cloth covering the hardtop is a decoy) and is expected to debut late this year for a possible premiere at the Geneva Autoshow in March 2011. Photochoppers get to work!

I'm sure the US wont get those small mirrors.

Looks like they are the same as the F10 5er so the US will see them if that is true.

Hmmm... good point. But, considering the 335 and the X3 reflective growth of late... I'm sensing a trend, so I'm not a believer yet.

Yea the old bangle butt might not have been as great on the 7 series, but it was a unique and elegant feature on the 6 series. It made it stand out in the crowd of bland 90k+ GTs. The only one better being the Bently GT.

Looks pretty slick, but one thing I don't get.
Why would they disguse it that manner? If they don't to want to draw the attention of those photo spies, it's rather contradicting because the strange camouflage makes it stand out and thus people are going to notice. If they really want to disguise it, they should put a lighweight body kit that easily attaches and removes.

They really do a good job at hiding the cars.

Its a shame that it looks like they made the frotn winshield angle even more lower. The 6 vert now is already not very driver friendly

They should put those magic eye patterns on them, then when people look at them they'll see some kind of funky 3D image. LOL! Unfortunately there are those like me who, no matter what technique I try, could never see the image in those dang things. ARGH!!!

http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=334620 You'll see what mapezzul is referring to. It's really neat to see what the car testers do to avoid being spotted (testing at night, etc.).

The bigger mirrors are part of an EU regulation, if anything the we'd be the ones who get to keep the smaller mirrors. I could go either way aesthetically speaking but getting back in my 2007 after driving an LCI loaner I definitely miss having the big mirrors for visibility.
