Sweet!! Thanks Flo!! I didn’t think to check the M section (duh).
I wonder if anyone’s fitted these on a plain ol 650? I might have to do some digging. I had one of these on my E60 535 and loved the red peaking through the front grills. |

It does look pretty sinister with the red shining through. That plus the aggressive headlights scream “move out my way!” Lol Last edited by Flo1989; 03-06-2020 at 05:19 PM.. |

Update time...
The car FINALLY has some life to it. Having the power is great, but I personally need the exhaust to match the speed. So, what's changed: -Coding -NGK Spark Plugs gapped to .020" -Mission Performance Stage 2 Tune -VRSF Catless Downpipes Even with the Competition exhaust and the Megan Racing axle back, the car was pretty much on mute IMO. Maybe not so much from the outside, but I couldn't hear anything while driving - even with the windows down. I would say the interior noise was a 2/10 prior to DPs. Now, 7.5/10 and in a good way. Zero drone yet you can still hear the exhaust with the windows up. Roll them down 1" and you'll instantly smile. I will be adding a GT Haus Meisterschaft mid section with the velocity box in the next couple of months. The car definitely doesn't "need" it, but its more so a preference thing of me wanting more sound compared to most people. Coding Options Gapping Plugs to .020" Post Downpipe install / Loading Stage 2 Tune Video comparing the exhaust with the axle back only and axle back + downpipes...As we all know, videos never do exhaust notes justice but believe me when I say it sounds sooo much louder. And not just louder for the sake of noise, but the tone is very unique. |

Tail lights are now tinted to a deep cherry red color. The lights are coded to run as DRL so the light color will always shine through for a nice contrast.
Meisterschaft LXR mid section exhaust up next. |

Zero fitment issues on the downpipes. Again, I didn't do the install but my go-to performance shop did and they would've definitely let me know if they had issue$$$. |

Definitely felt the "M tax" on these center caps, but well worth it in the end. OEM caps but finished in complete gloss black via IND - always top quality btw.
A few more photos after my annual paint polishing process. Still waiting on my Meistershaft LXR mid section exhaust. I was told by the end of May so we'll see. Last edited by Flo1989; 05-21-2020 at 12:47 PM.. |

Great looking car, love the stance
How much drop from stock did the H&R Sport Springs give you? It looks like they have a few different levels of drop on their site. I've been eyeing a set of Eibach's to provide a 0.8" lowering, just trying to gauge what that might look like relative to what height you are at. Also, the subtle taillight tint on your car has sparked an interest for me. I have done the same coding to have the DRL's in the taillights activated so I'm tempted to do the tint for a little deeper color and have the DRL shine through. The darker cherry red looks fantastic against the silver, I'm just worried that against my sapphire black they might end up a little too dark and wash out a bit. Do you have a photo of the taillights tinted with the car/DRL's off?

So the H&R springs dropped the front exactly 1" and the rear .8". This is from me actually measuring before/after - not just going by what H&R quotes. The front tire is slightly tucked and the rear 100% closes the gap but without tucking - ideal for me. Here are the only random shots I have with the lights off. The detail of the tail light design definitely shines through on sunny days. (Took this for a after/before shot of me polishing the scratches out of the film) (The day I got them tinted) |

https://lamin-x.com/bmw-m6-13-15-tail-light-covers.html Lightest option is the "Tint", I think. Gives it a darker red hue. - Leo. |
