Did anyone here watch some of the 2019 CrossFit Games?

I watched a bunch, and liked the new format. The usual suspects won however some games veterans didn’t make it through early cuts. Was nice to see some fresh faces all around.

Glad Castro stuck to traditional CrossFit movements and workouts. The biking needed to go!

I crossfit here in the UK

It suits me as I just turn up and do what I’m asked to.

I really enjoy it, but like any sport, injuries are a possibility. Do dumb shit get injured. Have a bit of sense and don’t do more than you think you should and don’t get injured... it’s all about understanding your limits.

I tried CrossFit last month and I've been doing it until now. It was hard at first but I can finally finish the routine every Workout of Day.
