Late reply but yes the bumper does have to come off on the M6 to get to the front grille tabs.

I wasn't able to undo the tabs with the bumper on. But a friend of mine from the forums was able to. So ultimately, it comes down to how short/skinny your forearms and fingers are. My issue was my fingers were about 2 cm longer and 1 cm fatter than required to undo the bottom tabs.

just got the package from IND. grill is on. was a bit of a pain. got a bunch of little cuts on my hands and arms.
Does the side vents just pop right out? I don't have the pry tools. I read from a couple members that they pop out easy... I can't find any photos DIY how to. Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks!
