Yes, that's an early 00s Kia Sorento. You don't see that every day but at least they put the edgy K badge on instead of a roundel.

I think a lot of is people will hear someone say - oh the M3 just an 3 series with different body. They don't know that car has different engines and so forth. Yes these people are ignorant to what an BMW M car really is- Heck most don't know even know what kind of tires are on there car or what PSI means. Yes this is very true even in 2021

This is probably moreso true in 2021 than previously. It's been what 14 years since US DOT mandated TPMS (or at least some dummy light solution)? So about a decade since the average person actually needed to use a tire pressure gauge....
