Older models have different steering wheel set-up so switching to performance wheel means new airbag. NBT means much higher quality screen, sports display, lci in 2016? Comp pack was after 2013

Really, the only updates thus far in this generation has been and likely remain: 1. headlights 2. idrive 3. ZCP Things are a bit more complicated on the M5 side - There was even rumors that the base suspension was retuned between 2013 and 2014 and the timing for updates lagged behind the M6.

So in the end, the only difference in stock is the NBT, since the LCI consists of nothing more than moving the directionals from the bottom to the top of the lights, not worthy of a mention. Of course, this is why you need to keep an eye on us noobs. Last edited by Cincinnatus; 07-04-2018 at 05:23 PM.. |

(just don't ask me about the mechanics) The fact that you live reasonably close & know so much, I wonder if a year down the line you would be interested in helping me make my choice & joining me for test drives |

When I come to the states next year I must admit I was going to get in touch with Flying Ace to see if he wanted to meet up
I also want to find someone with a 6MT and go for a drive - we didn't get them here! |

when are you coming to the states? Will you be on the same flight as the Kim Dotcom's extradition flight to the states?

You don't have to be member to attend (they never asked me about my lack of membership). They've always been friendly to non-members attending these non-exclusive events.

I'll start my search eventually; and if possible I'll maybe come up to SF if there are any BMW's I would want to check out up there; if not, if you ever drive down south, you could help me pick out the right M6 nearby. Would it be worth it to check out any 6'ers on Cars.com out of state or should I just keep it local(Cali-based)? |

Anyways, you should never limit yourself to just your metro area in a search.

Needs to have B&O, full leather, exec pack, and pre-LCI('14,'15) headlights. Comp pack is unnecessary, color is irrelevant as I will be wrapping it(but preferably white), wheels are irrelevant, interior color is irrelevant. No need to be too picky beyond my four requirements. This way I have a broader search available. Ohh, and mileage, somewhere around 35k +/- 10k. |

Haha lol, I haven’t clicked on an article about him in a few years. I think it is April, my girlfriend is organizing it. I’ll post up closer to the time.
