Cheers Chris, I know Alpine White is fairly common but I love it on the 6 series. My 123d was AW, which again I loved, but on e82's I prefer blues, black and greys. AW didn't quite suit the car as much for some reason. Quite a few things so far ; I have fitted Some gloss black double slat grilles. De-badged it to clean up the rear. De-chromed the door handles & side repeaters with gloss black 3m wrap. Fitted some M decals on the front brakes. 12mm Wheels spacers all round. Projected logos on all 4 doors/puddle lights. Changed out all interior bulbs for LED. Fitted LED reverse lights. Future plans, maybe: Remap. De orange headlights by changing the indicator bulbs. Wrap roof and rear diffuser in gloss. Bigger exhausts tips - 100mm tips Possibly. H&R springs, hate the arch gap at the front. Window tints. Coding of V8 sound. Tinted rear lights and reflectors. Would be interested in seeing how it sits not lowered with spacers. Also would like to see how much difference having the de chrome on the handles makes. Gets some pics up if you can |

Yeah on it, no problem.
Infact, I called out to a local industrial estate with my iPhone this evening. I've tried to get a few pictures of the wheel spacers and wrapped parts for you to see. |

Much prefer it with the black accents and the 12mm spacers look spot on all round.
Will look even better once dropped

Looks so much better with the black bits, I did the exact same. Would you consider black wheels?
I recommend the h&r springs, the car feels alot more planted, very noticeable on windy days on the motorway and of course very little arch gap |

Hi Mikester30, Have you got any detailed pics or your car/ new ride height? Is it a GC? If so would you mind pointing me in the right direction for some springs? Can't seem to find any listed for F06. |

love everything except the ///M fender badges
to each their own, though.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182005592770 2x 15SMD T15 W16W REVERSE LIGHT LED CREE WHITE XENON FREE ERROR BMW 5 SERIES E60 I had no problems until the other day. I used Carly app to code out the voltage monitoring and fine since. They are supposed to be can error free but I didn't want any infrequent warnings so decided to code out. + Good seller and very fast delivery etc. |

We have BMW design and styling team to critique for that one. Hopefully I won't be stigmatised as an ///M w****r. Lol I was thinking about removing them but the wings are such a huge lump of plastic that I wasn't sure if it actually added to the look (maybe by subtly breaking up the expanse of clean land/straight lines, down the side of the car). Hummm?.... |

Its a beautiful car - to me, anyway, adding badges where they don't belong is just wrong and makes one look as if he trying to make others think the car is something it isn't. This weekend, I was gifted a 2017 330xi by the dealership while my 650xiGC is in for service. During my travels I happened upon a late 90's "M3" with the body cladding and ///M badge prominently displayed. The mighty little 4 banger in the 330 quickly dispatched the "M3" and the poseur wouldn't even roll down his heavily tinted window when I slowed down to mock him. He knew that I knew - and he was too embarrassed to face the music. Now, adding ///M badges is a long way from pretending your car is something it isn't, but all BMW enthusiasts will know they don't belong there and perhaps think poorly of you because of it. But, to each is own...

Yeah I agree. Deffo don't want to be considered that, it's trying to be something it's not. Luckily for my 'cred they where fitted at factory in this case. Found some examples online. |

Must be a european thing! they do not come on the US version! My apologies - haven't noticed them on other vehicles. But I still think BMW missed the mark here!
