exhaust pre-resonator removal??

Not sure if I'm wording this right but my Z4m had after the cats pre-resonator or something like that. I had them cut out and it sounded much better and a tad more power. No affect on emissions as it didn't affect the cats.

Does the M6 also have this type setup? I'm gonna look myself when I get it back next week but any input would be appreciated.

The M6 has 2 resonators on the center pipes. I removed them and it increased the sound level slightly on the bottom end.

just removed 2 resonators and replaced with straight pipes in the next few weeks i will be opening stock mufflers to see if i can make some sound improvments
