Street Racing
I know street racing is illegal and that none of us would do anything like that, but if we were in Mexico, what cars do you think you could beat? I think I could beat a Hellcat and a ZR1 Camaro from about 70 to 130 mph. Both would be close but with a stage 1 DME tune, I would pull away from them. The faster I go, the more I would pull away.

I raced a 850 crank HP hellcat on a tire from 60-130 and I won by a car & a half. Stock for stock though, ehhh not sure, especially starting from 70 (to their advantage). But yes, if you’re tuned and they’re stock you should win easily. My closes race was against a 800hp GTR using rolling anti-lag from 2nd gear. This was tough!! I did pull ahead half a car but I had to work for it. My car was stage 2+ during these races fyi.

I jumped on a CTV-5 Blackwing last weekend. I'm Stage 2 and he was every bit as fast as I was. He had black windows and I couldn't see how many people were in the car, but he was right behind me the entire time and wasn't going anywhere. No way that car is just 668 hp.

I took a c8 from a roll, smashed a 392 charger like it was nothing, one of those little c43 amg's and a SS camaro with mods. My car is stock fyi, but it has low miles if that means anything lol. I'm sure someone will take me to gapplebees one of these days. Possibly interested in stage 1 tune though. Car is running so good, no burning oil etc. Im scared to mess with it. I do want to smoke a hellcat and make them feel stupid for always trying to be flashy and show off hahha

Before my car was tuned I ran a newer (turbo) c63 and held him by a car length
On a road trip ran a m550 (demolished he was riding my tail so I had to show him the business), some type of charger I think scat pack, put a bus length on, and a Mazda crossover 😂 he was a car guy and wanted to see what the m6 can do. Since I’ve tuned the car to about 800hp I haven’t gotten too many people, but I do see my neighbor time to time who has one of those Performance teslas (not the plaid) it was fairly even to low 100’s but had to shut it down. I saw him later and the day and he astonished “holy s*** that thing moves” haha |

800hp that's some power! I got a speeding ticket the first day I owned the car lol so kinda scared to make it that much faster. I barely got on the car, not even hitting redline, he was hiding. I can't imagine another 200+hp that's insane. I have the oem steelies, imo the brakes suck. Definitely should upgrade the stopping power with that added hp haha Sounds like it's a rocket. Ever dyno it? |

Sure did. It was a dyno tune baseline was 513whp/662wtq. Now it’s 776whp/ 954wtq
200cell cats, comp exhaust. Thinking of intake but it seems the concensus is it doesn’t do much especially at the given price point. I’m actually looking to upgrade clutch to ssp so if anyone in the dmv knows a shop/ mechanic that can do it let me know! I may go back to dial back the tq though my wife gets very nauseous when I’m sport/ sport plus so I only drive in eco/ soft settings with the fam. |

Lol yea man it’s mental, and yes I know I’m walking on eggshells
I haven’t gone WOT and drive fairly conservatively most of the time to make it last a bit. Yours is tuned as well? Did you go with ssp or Dodson? I’ve heard Dodson has some issues so im leaning towards SSP as soon as I can find a shop that can take on the task. yea man DC streets are the worst. I went with CTS 200cell dp so far so good about 7k miles on them no check engine light before or after the tune. Tune is from Frank smith over in Crofton he did ecu and transmission tune to avoid jerkiness in low gears, fluidity with daily drive and aggressive in sport plus. I’ll post the dyno if I can find it.. |

My wife whooped my ass in her 2019 Porsche 911 turbo, just saying, not even close. Stock for stock.. she won't stop talking about it.
