Hartge Exhaust or M performance Exhaust system?

I'm interested in installing a new exhaust for my 640i and was wondering which one to get.

HARTGE stainless steel cat back exhaust system
consisting of:
HARTGE stainless steel middle silencer and
HARTGE stainless steel rear silencer
with dual round tail pipes (diameter 80 mm),
left and right, with ABE homologation
for 640i

or

BMW M performance exhaust?

One thing about the Hartge exhaust is that I have to change my rear spoiler to fit the dual exhaust.

I looked at Hamann's exhaust yesterday but they are very expensive around 13700$, almost double the price of Hartge. I wonder if they are worth that money or they are just plain expensive for no reason.

I'm thinking of going with the Hartge exhaust and M sport kit and wheels .
