Thanks. I've been experimenting with my own marinades lately. And I'm very happy to say that I've created some special ones. Ginger has been the main flavor profile I've used.
So basically the one used here consists of:
Fresh ground ginger, OJ, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper. Honestly I don't use exact measurements, I simply mix and adjust the next time if it wasn't too my liking.
