A good (honest) dealer will be quick to acknowledge the truth - the RFTs are garbage and destroy the ride and comfort of this car (and many others in their line-up). That said, mine DID make me go so far as to sign multiple copies of a disclaimer to replace them - ensuring there was no liability for them and/or misunderstanding that my non-RFTs indeed will not operate once punctured! Silly, but I guess there are some really slow people out there who do things like iron clothing while they're wearing it, too.
Glad the OP figured this out! Must have been a completely hellish combination with those RFTs.
