At least speak to Mike at RK Autowerks. I just went through a rebuild with them and couldn't be happier. It's only been about three weeks but the car runs amazing. They are phenomenal at what they do. In my case the rod bearings were worn out. I had metal in the oil even though I had just changed the oil.
