Did you use the USB port in the center console?
On the USB drive, when you open it in File Explorer, you immediately see the files & folders or are they all inside another folder?
Not sure what else it could be. Do you have another USB drive to use?

Figured it out. I had to move all the files/folders out of the folder it was unzipped to. Now that the car is recognizing it as an update, its now asking me for an FSC code! Any way to get this without paying for another?? I know I purchased a lifetime one a couple of years ago.
