I have to admit, I was ready for a fight. I had to call Sirius to cancel (gasp) my dad's subscription. Anyone who has had the cancellation experience knows what I mean. It's like pulling teeth. They don't want to let you off the phone and do anything they can not to cancel - You hear "Let me transfer you to my manager" over and over and over. You talk to 5 people minimum.
I was ready with the "What part of he's dead don't you understand?", but amazingly there was no push back.
So, next time you need to cancel, just say you died.
I have to have a sense of humor.....
