There was a 6-speed F10 M5 that recently sold in the 70s with 20k miles.
This is the last of it's breed true German GT coupe with a manual transmission, and they are extremely rare. Maybe this price is aggressive BUT I don't see why their values wouldn't rise with how a lot of similar performance oriented cars with manual transmission have risen in the past months and years.

All true statements, but it's priced almost twice the wholesale price of a non-manual. Also, demand for manual transmission M6 has always been low unfortunately. This is coming from someone who is a manual enthusiast.
