We're going into our second night in the dark (sans full moon). Just gassed up the generator at 8:00 PM, and it should make it through 4:00 AM. What is that, $44/day for electricity (18 gallons)? Our power company is claiming that they will have 90% of their customers back online by 11:30 PM on Friday.
I'm not going to write anything about work other than saying that one of our server rooms is *still* offline with UPS/generator issues, because the thought makes my blood pressure rise to near normal.....
