This is why in my view you should avoid 3rd party warranties for sake of a few hundred pounds, always worth paying a little more for the BMW warranty, that way they have no wiggle room.
Was car purchased from BMW ? if so and if its financed via BMW you will have better redress chances
Still £2k is not bad considering
