I'd be a bit wary of that second one, looks to have some "questionable" mods, who knows what it may have had done (e.g. tune) and with higher mileage too, I'd stay away.
The 2013 looks a bit cleaner, but the front end looks battered (look at the chips on the grills). The bumper/bonnet will have been touched up/resprayed if the grills are that bad. Which is weird as the mileage is low. Quite a lot of wear on the seats too for a low mile car. Plus it's likely a London car, I'd prefer to pick a car outside of London which has had less of its life sat in 5mph traffic.
I'd wait until the right one comes along, e.g. look how clean these are in comparison:
