By the way OP you should be contacting the BBB and also the automotive Bar. The BAR will open a case and pay a visit to the Eurocharged, based on their report which will be in your favor according to your side of the story, their report will also help you win the small claims case and recover your funds, and the funds for all of this nonsense you had to deal with after they damaged your car, easily 3x over what you paid for the repairs.
Yep - BBB was next on my list. I did find an "Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair" - didnt even know it existed. Hopefully I can file a complaint there. Thanks for the tip!
