1st gen 997 (either turbo or gt3) with manual.
Mezger engine, guaranteed classic, still looks good.
Might not be the most powerful option in your budget, but in 10 years all ICE cars will seem slow compared to EV sports/supercar madness
If you can stretch your budget, Lamborghini Gallardo 550-2 with manual in either Valentino Balboni or Tricolore trim (my favorite).
But try to find such a special gem..... (not expensive originally (in fact the cheapest Lambo at one point I believe), but almost no one ordered one....)
