Powerstop Z23 Carbon Ceramic are popular street pads across many makes/models. I have a set in the garage I'm hoping to install soon.

Hawk Performance Ceramic pads are another option. IIRC, I'm using these for street use on my M3 with Stoptech BBK. Hawk website isn't working for me. Try this:
