After more than 20 years driving 5 series, starting with the e39 followed by an e60 and an F10 for the last 10 years, I am finally moving to a 2016 640d Grand coupe
, the F13 in my eyes is simply one of the best-looking modern BMW. The current 5 series G30 simply never did it for me, had the option to drive one for full month, but new design direction is simply all over the place, the only new cars I like currently, the 3 series, the X5, and the 8 series.
I am a big fun of the F12/13 dashboard, don't thing we see designs like it with the new all screen/ iPad cockpits.
Any recommendations on what to check when picking my 640d, a 2016 with 60k km (37500 mi), M sport plus pack, and few other options. I decided to stick with BMW dealers, so a 2-year BMW warranty.
Oh the 640d I am getting is a Black Sapphire one, matching my black 1988 635 csi.
