Well they are more bendy than any aluminum option out there, and more bendy than the OEM ones that come with the car. However, I personally don't notice it during shift actuation, as not much force is need to actuate a shift. If it concerns you at all, then I suggest going with metal. I put aesthetics over feel as I couldn't resist the look of the carbon fiber to match my interior trim.
