What do you mean by "crash insurance"? In the US there are more or less two components of insurance. One is liability insurance to cover damage you do to others - either to their car or their body. Then you can buy insurance to cover the damage done to your own car. In many or most US states you are required to carry some level of liability insurance, but enforcement is nearly nonexistent. People often do not buy insurance on their own car to save money and take the risk. So are you saying your car has no insurance of either type?
