I’m currently driving an M6 GC, had a Coupe (F13) before this, both competition packs, same tyre size and model, same driving conditions - zero difference in ride comfort, unless you consider the longer wheelbase in the GC adding a minor level of comfort. This goes to the bucket of someone liking the skinny ones, the other one the less skinny ones...
