the funny part is I invited one of our friends over for dinner and he could not eat this because he prefers his spaghetti sauce plain with nothing in it...I mean nothing even meatballs WTF!  any of you guys the same way when it comes to spaghetti plain? |
Looks delicious.
I like both a "plain" tomato sauce, as well as a meat sauce like you are showing here. It depends on the pasta being used. For example I'd never use a simple tomato sauce with say- rigatoni; just as I'd never use a chunky meat sauce with ravioli.
