Always feel on edge when coding options as the various modules throw errors and the car beeps and bongs. On restart all is fine.
BimmerCode has a nice interface and easy to use. I always make sure the ipad is fully charged and also the engine is running. I played around alot with expert mode in my F30 but not so much in this car. I also take pics of what I changed and write down the menus and changes in a note book.
The things that Bavarain Coding did for me were out of my comfort zone. I know some have coded the Alpina Flash themselves aswel as other options using Esys? but i'm not that confident with the complex stuff.

Can you tell me more about the idrive 6 upgrade, i thought this was a hardware only.mod ?
