im surprised you didnt go for the xhp license and app,,you get 3 stages and can swap them about,,can run diagnostics and all sorts with it..then if that doesnt float ya boat,,rod sutphin modifies the xhp into his own version,,supposed to be mental,,,alpina flash is quite old and way behind the times like xhp,,i honestly think the 8 speed box is fine,,i did look into the xhp,,but didnt think i need it,,good luck with car.
