I know it's an option, but I really don't want to switch to the regular brake calipers. From what I have found, the regular brake rotors are 400x36mm, and the CCB rotors are 410x38mm.

Racing Brake does make a 410x38 iron disc, but no idea if the bolt holes/pattern matches up. So, they actually do make a CCB->Iron rotor conversion kit =)

No link or pricing to the rear kit, but they do list a part number for it. Probably similar in cost to the front, so $3000 for the front/rear set.
