Racing Brake does make a 410x38 iron disc, but no idea if the bolt holes/pattern matches up. Not sure if there is a standard in the 2 piece brake rotor industry, like the 40 hole US standard in 3 piece wheels https://www.racingbrake.com/420x38mm...604-02-381.htm (edit* hmmm, url says '420', title says '410'. Regardless, I know there are companies that make custom rotors)
So, they actually do make a CCB->Iron rotor conversion kit =)

No link or pricing to the rear kit, but they do list a part number for it. Probably similar in cost to the front, so $3000 for the front/rear set.
