Ha! I *almost* pulled the trigger on a melbourne red B6 sitting at Pacific BMW. 1 year old w/some low miles $50k off sticker! Then I asked my insurance company and they said: "ahhh, yeah, mmmm, it'll be $5k per year to insure." Nevermind.
Unfortunately, I've moved to the middle of nowhere and sports cars aren't really useful for what I do with a car anymore. I leased a 2018 330i xDrive GT exec car instead... My car life sucks, though my wife likes her X3 M40i and it isn't even broken in yet.
