And I'm staying up way too late again. I would *love* to be able to go to bed at or before 10PM and wake up feeling fine at 5AM, but that isn't me. I am *not* a morning person. My natural wake-up time is 8 or 9AM regardless of when I go to bed. If I turn in at 10PM, I'll lay (lie?) awake for hours. And I'll still feel shitty at 5AM. If I go to bed at 2AM and wake up at 8:30 or 9AM, I'll feel fine.

Waking up feeling good at 5AM would have huge advantages. I could get in a 25 mile ride before work. But there's no way I'd be functional at 5AM. I'd feel like crap. That's why I love Daylight Savings Time and dread turning the clocks back.
