Yep, oiling/piston changes to further reduce oil consumption. IC's for increased airflow and pressure balance. turbo/downpipe changes to get around the larger bell housing.
The higher fuel rail pressures would be the only thing that could have significant impact on performance, IMO. (potentially removing HPFP problems on 800+ HP builds...)
TU0-2-4 are all incremental improvements, not re-designs.
