One additional thought on how there might be a small feedback loop built into the system for equalizing pressures... The novel hot V mounting allows for exhaust pulses from both banks to drive the turbo. If it was just the left side driving the left turbo, pushing air into the left side, no systematic balancing happens and some other form of intake equalization would be necessary. Regardless, there must be some benefit to it or they wouldn't have put it there on the TU4.
I am curious though, I didn't think the TU4 was "completely re-engineered"?? The differences all seem to be fairly minor from the TU0?
