Max disagrees with the penalty and believes he was racing fair and square with Ham who was just barging through turning into Max hoping for the best knowing (as he should) that the high kerb would have consequences for him. Obviously Dramilton shut the brain off to that one
Coulthard concluded this should be a racing incident.
