I am not sure how the lease rates vary from one region to another but they are leasing here for 2.99% for 36 months. Looking through a couple of Acura forums, people are basically being quoted MSRP.
There may be some loyalty discounts for existing Acura owners. I would guess there will be more flexibility in the coming months.
Dealers are trying to get rid of the 2021 MDX inventory and blowing them out with over $10K incentives, so unlikely they will budge on price with the new 2022 for now.
