That is not leather. You have the standard, pebble grain vinyl center console and dash. If you look at pics online of cars for sale you can see that your problem is very common with that center console material. I personally would just buy a new one. I've seen a few that were recovered and the material never matches perfectly and the stitch lines never look right.
