Try to polish it out, if the scrapes took the paint down to the primer or metal it may be time to call Dr. Colorchip. Your deductible will probably be as much as it'll cost to get it fixed then you'll have a claim on your insurance and a reason for them to raise your rates. Save the claim for something more substantial.
