Soaked overnight in vinegar and sea salt then rinsed. Then blanched and chopped with the other veggies.

Tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, onions, pickling seasonings, sugar and pickling vinegar. Currently in the oven for two hours at 250°F. Then transfer into Mason jars.
