Not sure what fully loaded means since dealers use that phrase a lot, and they rarely are, but options make little difference to the used price anyway. I have a 2015 XDrive MSport convertible that now has 44k miles and in my head I consider its value as $40k. I don't know that the used car price spike has really had all that much impact on such an oddball car with a tiny buyers' market. I don't think that price is crazy for such low miles.
