Yes, 992 is bigger than previous gens. But I wouldn't describe it as a substantially large vehicle.

Agreed on the latter, it’s still a small, light car by today’s standards. Most of the increase was in the new widebody. The new GT3 is the same width as the previous 991, and only 1 inch longer overall.
