Detail it with full paint correction. Then apply PPF.
Ceramic coating does not protect paint! A lot of people think that it does and it's completely false. It's simply a longer-lasting semi hydrophobic coating. It just makes washing easier and waxing less frequently necessary. Think of it like a longer lasting wax. It will not protect rocks and debris at all. To really protect your car, you have to use PPF.
