what an experience going to Home Depot during this Covid19. it's like almost going to a hospital or something lol. anyways, picked up 70 bags of Scott's premium black mulch and 6 bags of compost. i dug out some areas of ornamental grass that we decided we no longer wanted which left big holes after they were removed so i'll fill those in with the compost. i was gonna have them deliver it but they wanted $79 i said no thanks! so far the lawn has greened up pretty good. stripes are coming along but as that grass gets thicker and denser it should really pop as the season goes by. very happy with what i see now after overseeding in the Fall. that's the first time i ever overseeded
