Very small beach town. 5000 residents plus seasonal visitors and weekend beach goers. Locals are very friendly; we wave driving by and say hello walking. Same with the local restaurants and barber shop (think Floyd). We’ve been here two years and have gotten to know some of our near neighbors, any time we ask for advice (what grows here, what to use to control weeds or bugs, etc) they always have a suggestion. They don’t seem to like the people who move in with a large wad and lots of flash, but then neither do we!
