What is the rear final drive housing?
I had the dealer pull the service records for a M6 GC I'm looking to potentially buy and noticed this leak @ 36,855 mi. Is this the rear diff? Has anyone experienced this? The car has 58K miles at the moment. What type of items would be need to be replaced at this mileage? I understand most of this can be searched but I need to move quick on this one given the current state of the car market and am looking to close the deal today! Thanks in advance!
