I don't see that you say how many miles it has. If I assume it has maybe 40k miles, then your asking price is probably at the lower end of the range of what people are asking online for a 2016. I have a habit of looking at prices for any car I own for some reason so I've seen lots of ads. But since you are only asking $37+ and were offered $34 on trade, have you calculated the sales tax savings of a trade? Not sure about your sales tax situation down there.

Personally, I would not mention the coding in any ad. It's very minor, and not everybody is sophisticated or knowledgeable about such things, so it may sound to some as if the car has been tampered with. In fact, I'd probably reverse the coding to stock.

Also personally, if I were a buyer the steering wheel would be a negative to me but it might be a positive to some. It's not original, it does not match any other interior surface - either the alcantara or the carbon fiber - and the piggyback shift paddles look odd. But your price is low enough somebody could get the correct wheel if that was a big deal to them.

EDIT: I see now looking at your service history that I guessed the mileage pretty close.
