Can't go wrong with pretty much any 1/2 ton in those years if you aren't towing or hauling heavy things. Pick the one you like that has the comfort and features you want.
In the GMC, the 5.3 and 6.0 are bulletproof. Since you aren't towing, the 5.3 will be great.
I don't know the Fords, but if I had a choice today, I would get a Ford Platinum over a GMC Denali.
Not a fan of Rams but that is not fact based, just my preference.
I drive a 2015 Chevy 2500HD with the 6.0. It's a work truck and a beast, but for a daily, it can be bone jarring on bad roads. In the DFW area, it was great as the roads are luxurious. Here in OH, it's ok. In NYC, it would cause internal bleeding. But I need it to tow my 10,000 lbs fifth wheel and haul heavy things. I would rather have a 1/2 ton for a daily for sure.
