Hi guys,
here is what I use on my M6 F13 and believe it or not it does not burn oil anymore..
Liqui Moly 2249 Leichtlauf Special LL 5W-30 Motor Oil..
Also I change my oil every 4-5k miles just to be in the safe side(turbo maintenance)..
