Ramps flush with the tailgate makes no sense at all. I think it's most likely that Fox got that part wrong.

It makes no mention of them being "flush". Just says they slide in to the bed. Uhaul trucks have had this forever. Not sure how this can be patented. Just because it's a flatbed instead of a box truck?
