I don't see RBR being able to defeat Merc even after Ham retires. If Russell gets the Merc seat, the championship battles of the future will be Russell vs Leclerc.
RBR & Max will likely move down the pecking order to a midfield team. Mclaren is on the up and up again and I think Williams might find it's way with the increased Merc collaboration.
